Color in Floral Card

If you're anything like I am, you're always looking for easy and cheap ways to relieve stress. According to the American Art Therapy Association, art therapy (activities like coloring, etc.) is a mental health profession in which the process of making and creating artwork is used to "explore feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior and addictions, develop social skills, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem."

Seriously, what better way to show someone you care about them than by such a simple, yet thoughtful mini gift like these cards they can color in? I love giving these as stocking stuffers, it takes just a couple of moments to stamp the image on card stock and you can throw in the new SU watercolor pencils or markers. You can add your personalized message inside for the recipient and let them color some of their stress away =)

I do recommend using Staz - On ink, so that it doesn't muddy up the lines when it's colored in, but otherwise, let your creativity be your guide!
